Such a cute cafe! Great selection of healthy sandwiches and drinks (kombucha and tonics at a museum food court?!) and even a vegan hummus/grape leaves box. Service was great too, if a little slow.

Located in the California Science Center. Many menu options and separate sections for the grill and market. The sandwiches and fries were unique, awesomely delicious, fresh and hot. The service was also fast and friendly. The condiments bar has hot sauces and oh definitely try to jalapeno ketchup, fantastic!

Enjoyed my food and service was quick. Can get busy with groups of kids but it’s inside the Science Center.

Food was decent for "museum" food. Prices are on the higher side, as you would expect, but the selection of food options was decent. Overall, it is worth a meal if visiting the museums of exposition park and need a byte to eat.

Update: 11 dollars for 3 chicken strips, fries, and juice for kids. Not bad for museum food! Pretty good for museum food. Fried shrimp was on point! Prices are fair for museum food as well. Drink prices are outrageous! Four dollars for fountain drinks!!!

We ate here while visiting the Science Center. The food was pretty good and you got a good sized serving. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are multiple locations with different food options to choose from. The ice cream stop was really good.

TRIMANA MARKET, nestled within the bustling California Science Center at 700 State Drive in Los Angeles, offers a refreshing take on museum dining. This gem stands out with its diverse and thoughtfully curated menu that caters to a range of tastes, especially those seeking healthier and unique options. From vibrant vegan offerings like hummus and grape leaves boxes to a great selection of sandwiches that burst with freshness and flavor, TRIMANA MARKET goes beyond the typical museum café experience.

The highlight here is definitely the quality and creativity woven into their dishes. Customers rave about the grill section’s standout items such as crispy chicken strips and perfectly fried shrimp, demonstrating that convenient museum meals can still deliver satisfying texture and taste. The condiments bar, stocked with an eclectic mix of sauces including a must-try jalapeño ketchup, elevates the sandwiches and fries to another level.

What truly impressed me was their range of healthy drinks, notably kombucha and tonics—quite a surprise for a food court setting. It speaks to TRIMANA MARKET's commitment to offering nourishing choices alongside conventional options. While prices skew slightly higher, as expected in a museum venue, the freshness and flavor justify the cost. Service runs friendly and efficient, although it can slow down during busy museum hours, especially with groups visiting.

All in all, TRIMANA MARKET stands as a reliable spot for a well-rounded meal if you find yourself exploring the vibrant exhibits at Exposition Park. It combines convenience, quality, and variety under one roof, making it more than just a pit stop but a worthwhile culinary moment within the museum experience.
